About Heather

Hi, I'm Heather.

I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, NPC nationally qualified competitor, and holder of a B.S. in Exercise Science. For over a decade, I've helped more than 1,000 people transform their bodies — and their relationship with fitness.

I built The Pursuit Training on one belief: coaching should treat you like a whole person. No cookie-cutter plans, no fad diets, no guilt. Just science-backed programming tailored to your life, your goals, and your schedule.
